My absolute condolences to Doug and the entire family for the loss of such a beloved woman. A true testiment of an incredible daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. Shirley has been and always will be a mentor to me of 55 years in true friendship and a lifetime of amazing memories. She placed a stamp on many hearts that will forever remain. My prayers are with you and your family. Shirley was a good friend, we have known each other practically all our lives. Even though we didn't see each other for years, always been my friend, I was in shock to hear this. I know she will be dearly missed by me, and not seeing her comments and likes anymore, will be especially missed. Rest in peace my friend.

I'll love & miss you forever Nana. You were always the star of the room, constantly putting a smile on everyones faces and giving them a good laugh. Doug, Jenny, Ryan, Meghan (Jerome), Liam (Julia), Mackenzie, Launa my heart aches for you all. Bill and I are also heartbroken. Bill's sister, my sister in law. She never felt like a sister in law to me, she was my sister too. I miss her in my dreams and when I'm wide awake. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. I can hear her cackle even now.
