Obituary of Robert Harris
Robert David Allen Harris of Teeswater, passed away surrounded by family, at Wingham and District Hospital, on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024, at age 84.
Beloved husband of Willa (née Arthur) Harris of Teeswater.
Dear father of Michael and Edna Harris of Onoway, Alberta, Steven and Heather Harris of Teeswater, Kim and Kelly McGlynn of Wembley, Alberta and Karen McGlynn and Jeff Good of Wingham.
Sadly missed by 15 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
Fondly remembered by his brother Ray and Connie Harris of Langside, sister Jean Furness of Brussels and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Albert and Mary (née Switzer) Harris, brothers Bert Harris (Helen Hatch), Laverne Harris and Tom Harris, sisters June Harris, Susan Dillon (Joe) and Marian Fischer (Doug) and brother-in-law Rod Furness.
A celebration of Robert’s life will be held in the summer, details will be published when finalized.
Final resting place Wingham Cemetery.
