Obituary of Earl Martin

Earl Firman Martin entered into eternal peace after a four month courageous battle, at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton on June 19th, 2013, at the age of 64. Earl was the loving father of Stacey Rubick of Teeswater, Jody Martin and Heather Collins of Teeswater and Kelly and Mike Durrer of Mildmay. Remembered by his grandchildren; Blair, Justin and Nicole Rubick, Alexandra and Reece Martin and Kyle, Michaela and Kaiden Durrer. He leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his sisters, Eileen Hergott (Russ), Julie Seiler (Walter) and Marsha Trutter (Robert) all of Kitchener, his uncle Douglas McVeigh (Judy), his nieces and nephews, Deen and Dana Hergott, Jamie Trutter and April (Trutter) Scida, Brent Seiler and Betty Jean (Seiler) McMillan and his many other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Firman Martin (2002) and Helen McVeigh (2003) and grandson John Rubick (1989). Earl was a long time resident of Teeswater. He was an avid fisherman, a member of the Waterloo Rod and Gun Club, legion member and a retired lifetime member of Local 95. He had several dogs throughout the years which he cared for and cherished.
