Sad to hear that another long time Teeswater resident, Toots, is no longer with us. I knew him my whole life. Met him many times at the Post Office when I was a kid and around town and as a neighbour, 3 doors down and enjoyed playing cards with him and Blanche. I was an adult before I found out his real name was Wilfred.
