Joanne M. Grubb (née Wocks) of Teeswater, surrounded by her family, at Wingham & District Hospital on Saturday, December 1st, 2018, in her 84th year.
Beloved wife of Alfred “Alf” Grubb of Teeswater.
Dear mother of Karen McKague (Terry) of Clarksburg, Marianne Kraemer of R. R. #3 Walkerton, Elaine Fischer (Mike) of Mildmay, Louie Grubb of R. R. #2 Teeswater and John Grubb (Tracy) of R. R. #1 Formosa.
Missed by her grandchildren, Emily, John, Jason & Luke McKague, Brad Kraemer, Ryan Kraemer (Katelyn), Justin and Trevor Fischer, Caitlyn, Logan, Cole and Livia Grubb and great-grandsons, Jacks and Jarett Kraemer.
Fondly remembered by her sister Margaret Helen Wocks of Sarnia, brother Jim Wocks of Cranbrook, B.C., brothers-in-law Clare Grubb and Lloyd Grubb of Teeswater, sister-in-law Ursula Connelly of Barrie and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents John and Anna (née MacMillan) Wocks, infant daughter Theresa, son-in-law Bob Kraemer, brothers Fred Wocks (Eileen), Bud Wocks (Zelma), sisters Jacqueline Smith (Walter), Rosemary Beswarick (Jack), brother-in-law Bob Connelly and sisters-in-law Rose McEwan (Guy) and Florence McKee (Leslie).
Visitation will be held at the Tiffin Funeral Home, Teeswater on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., with vigil prayers at 8:45 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Teeswater on Wednesday, December 5th, 2018 at 1:30 p.m., with Reverend Father Michael Anderson as celebrant.
Reception to follow at the Teeswater Community Centre.
Final resting place Sacred Heart Cemetery, Culross Township.
