Obituary of Bill Flett
William James “Bill” Flett of Lucknow and formerly of Teeswater, passed away surrounded by the love of his family at Wingham & District Hospital on Saturday, February 10th, 2018, in his 73rd year.
Beloved husband of Bonnie Flett (née Ballagh).
Proud father of Blake Flett (Shari) of Point Clark, Becky Humphrey (Brad) of Lucknow, Bevin Flett (Nikki) of Burlington, Buffy Irwin (Ken) of Lucknow and Brandy Hewitt (Mark) of Lucan.
Loving poppa to Jordann Flett (Tyler), C.J. Flett (Madison), Wyatt Flett, Taylor Humphrey, Sydney Hewitt, Jayden Hewitt and great-grandchildren Bailee and Dawson.
Missed by his siblings, Bruce Flett of Cargill, Ron Flett (Lois) of Vegreville, Alberta and Betty Koebel (Joe) of Walkerton, sister-in-law Pat Flett of Port Elgin and brother-in-law Bill Ballagh (Jacquie) of Kitchener.
Fondly remembered by his aunt, Mildred Bonnett of Tiverton, several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Predeceased by his parents, James and Reta (née Bonnett) Flett and brother Robert Flett.
Visitation will be held at the Tiffin Funeral Home, Teeswater on Monday from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., where the funeral service to honour Bill’s life will be held on Tuesday, February 13th, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Kevin McLeod officiating.
Cremation to follow.
Final resting place Culross-Teeswater Cemetery.
