Obituary of John Grein

John George Grein of Mildmay and formerly of Culross Township passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton on Tuesday, August 17th, 2010 in his 74th year. Beloved companion of Anne O’Malley of Mildmay. Dear father of Sandra Smith of Hanover, Stephen Grein and his wife Sue of Guelph and Denise Brasher and her husband Tim of Walkerton. Missed by 7 grandchildren and one great-grandson. Survived by sister Irene Yandt of London, sisters-in-law Edna Grein of Ayton, Marj Grein of Ayton and Phyllis Grein of Harriston and several nieces and nephews. Also remembered by Anne’s family, Michael and Norma O’Malley, Margaret and John Strong, Joan O’Malley, Dorothy and Phillip Lesage, John and Sharron O’Malley, Bill and Jane O’Malley, Patrick and Nancy O’Malley, Kevin and Phylis O’Malley and Larry and Connie O’Malley and their families. Predeceased by his parents John and Lena (Leibold) Grein and siblings Velma and Walter Burrell, Earl Grein, Erma and Francis Burrell, Ruben and Doris Grein, Russell Grein, Jacob Grein and brother-in-law Wilbur Yandt.
