Obituary of Audrey McBurney

Audrey Kathleen McBurney of Braemar Retirement Centre, Wingham and formerly of Teeswater passed away at her residence on Friday, October 30th, 2009 in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late James McBurney who predeceased her in 1988. Dear mother of Shirley George and her husband Bill of London, Bill McBurney of Ottawa and Gayle McBurney and her partner Jeff Fischer of Wingham. Sadly missed by granddaughters Linda George and Lezlie Donlan both of London and great-grandchildren, Katie and Liam Donlan. Also survived by her sister Ruth Friendship of Teeswater and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Catherine (Schiestel) Friendship, sister-in-law Thirza Dickison and her husband Gordon and brother-in-law Gordon McBurney and his wife Alma.
