Obituary of Joseph Simmons

Joseph Lloyd Simmons of Wroxeter, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Sunday, January 24th, 2016, at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Audrey Simmons (nee Stewart) of Wroxeter. Dear father of Pamela Simmons of Tillsonburg and Daniel Simmons and his wife Heather of Sarnia. Missed by grandson J.J. “Joe” Simmons (Ashley) of Sarnia. Remembered by his sisters, Betty Flewelling of Guelph, Helen “Hap” Neff of Kitchener, Shirley Wise (Ron) of Walkerton and Shelda Schaeffer of Stratford. Also survived by his brother-in-law Ron Stewart of Saskatchewan and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Stewart and Bertha (Meyers) Simmons, brothers Wes Simmons (Shirley), Chuck Simmons and Dud Simmons and brothers-in-law Lloyd Flewelling and Del Neff.
