Obituary of Bernice Detzler

Bernice Patricia Detzler of Brucelea Haven, Walkerton and formerly of Culross Township passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 14th, 2015, at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late George Detzler who predeceased her in 1994. Loving mother of Joe and Gloria Detzler of Culross Township, Barb and Ted Fischer of Teeswater, Marion and Ray Beninger of Mildmay and Paula and Rick Weiler of Formosa. Missed by her grandchildren, Ted Jr. and Pat Fischer of Culross Township, Shawn and Krista Fischer of Culross Township, Chris and Sherri Fischer of Carrick Township, Claire Beninger and George Eerenberg of Kitchener, Michael and Krista Beninger of Carrick Township, Elizabeth Beninger of Toronto, Anne Beninger of Toronto, D’Arcy Weiler of Walkerton and Carleigh and Mike Huber of Carrick Township and 15 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Florence Schumacher of Walkerton and Bette and Len Chapman of London. Fondly remembered by sister-in-law Ann Bruder of London and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Linus and Menna (Weiler) Bruder, siblings Marie Wilms (Bernie), Alfred Bruder (Marie), Millard Bruder, Lloyd Bruder (Mary), Gladys Gies (Carl), Harold Bruder (Floss) and Wilbert Bruder and in-laws Tom Detzler (Alice), Marie Ritchie (Alvin) and Ed Schumacher.
