Obituary of Lucas Johnson

James Wayne “Lucas” Johnson of Goderich and formerly of Walkerton passed away tragically at Lake Huron, Kincardine on Sunday, August 2nd, 2015 at the age of 16. Beloved son of Jackie Johnson and the youngest and only brother of Fox Johnson both of Goderich. Fondly remembered by his aunts and uncles Janet Demerling of Walkerton, Betty Zagorodny of Walkerton, Linda Rasmussen of Coalhurst, Alberta, Dorrie Kennedy (Rod) of Kincardine and Audrey Kaufman (Ron) of Mildmay. Lucas will be missed by his many cousins, including special cousins Mindy, Trenton, Taiya, Teegan, Alicia, Chris, Liam, and Ava. Allan Meyer, Calista Smith, and the Ross family of Goderich are among a long list of treasured friends. Predeceased by his grandparents John and Alice (Alderton) Johnson and uncles Jim Johnson and Wayne Johnson. Lucas attended G.D.C.I. and would have been entering Grade 11 in September. He was always bursting with imagination, opinions, and enthusiasm for life. Lucas also had the energy in him to transcend those sentiments onto anyone around him. Lucas loved spending time with his family and friends, and the love he received was always reciprocated without exception. He loved his job making pizzas at Frankie’s in Goderich.
